  • How do I know which service package to choose?
    Mini~ $125 - 5 hours - good for email management Basic~ $250 - 10 hours - small task here and there Average~ $500 - 20 hours - good for general ecommerce operation management Plus~ $750 - 30 hours - good for business startup or sale/holiday rush Please reach out if you would prefer alternative hours. I am happy to assist.
  • What services do you offer?
    I offer a wide range of services, including calendar management, email handling, database management, data entry, ecommerce support, customer service, and more. If you have a specific task in mind, feel free to ask!
  • What are your rates?
    My rates are $25 per hour. I offer a discount of $20 per hour for the communities closest to my heart, including the LGBTQ+ and cosplay community.
  • What is your typical response time?
    24 hours or less.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Monday - Friday 7 pm -10 pm EST and Saturday - Sunday 6 am -10 pm EST
  • Is there a late fee?
    Yes, I charge an additional 5% for late payments.
  • What are the lengths of your services?
    Depending on your project or task you need done anywhere from 1 day to a couple of months.The details will be discussed during the consultation.
  • What skills do you have?
    Technical proficiency, data entry, interpersonal communication, customer focus, project management, & lead conversion
  • What services do you not offer?
    I don’t do sales funnel, creating ads, editing videos or photos, data analytics, or salesforce.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Yes, in the case that you were unsatisfied with my work and I was unable to fix it upon adequate notification. A refund will be given in 30 business days.
  • What is your experience or qualifications
    I have over 15 years of administrative experience and am a certified Virtual Assistant. I am proficient in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, specializing in calendar and database management.
  • How do I get started?

    30 minutes
  • What is the consultation fee?
    There is no fee. My consultations are free.
  • Where are the consultations held?
    I offer both phone and zoom consultation services. I do have a limited amount of in-person limited to the Virginia area.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel my consultation appointment?
    Yes, you can simply use the reschedule or cancel link in your email once your appointment is set. You can also send me an email if you would like me to reschedule your appointment for you.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Yes. We offer a 20 % discount to communities that are closest to my heart, including the LGBTQ+ community and cosplayers.
  • Is there a referral discount?
    There is a 10% referral discount.
  • Can you stack discounts?
    No. I do not stack discounts. Only one can be applied at a time.
  • Do you do pro bono work?
